The Perfect Transition Piece

I don't know how I have gone so long without owning a classic denim jacket. It is truly the easiest thing to throw over any outfit because it instantly turns something slightly dressy into something casual. It is also the perfect transition piece for spring as it can easily be thrown over a dress, a romper or shorts to warm you up a bit for those breezy nights.

For this post, I am featuring one of my favorite rompers from H&M. This romper is seriously old...like sophomore year of high school old. However whenever I do one of my closet clean outs, it always makes the cut to stay because of how much I love it.You can wear any type of romper under your denim jacket or any type of anything under it for that matter. Thats why it is the perfect transition piece because it can go with anything. 

The best part? With a denim jacket you can easily tie it around your waist or drape it over your bag incase you get chilly one night. 

The one that I have is from ASOS and I have already gotten so much use out of it. It is perfectly oversized and I love how simple it is. I do recommend sizing down because it really is so big! I normally am a size 4/6 in most bottoms and a S/M in shirts and I got the size 6 and I did have to shrink it up a bit in the dryer in order for it to not be swallowing me.
