Foods to Make: Holy Yum Chicken

Hello Everyone!

I've taken a little bit of a break from blogging and I explained it all in my newest video, which you can watch it here !

I love doing these 'Foods to Make' posts because I am a huge foodie and I love trying new things! My favorite place to find new recipes is pinterest, because the majority of them are really easy and super delicious.

A couple months ago, I made what's called 'Holy Yum Chicken' and 'holy' really is the perfect way to describe it. I am a sucker for all things chicken and mustard related, so if you are like me, then this recipe is for you!

This recipe is super easy and fast, but also absolutely delicious. I would post a picture of it on here, but due to copyright I can't post her picture and I didn't think to take a picture myself!  Here is the direct link to her website and this specific recipe: http://www.tablefortwoblog.com/holy-yum-chicken/

There you can see pictures and step by step instruction! *BONUS* This recipe was created by a blogger, which I love, because by making it I am supporting the blogging community!

All you have to do for this chicken is make the sauce/marinade for it, line a pan with tin foil, place your chicken in the pan and then pour all of the mixture over it. I personally used chicken breasts, because I am not too much of a fan of thighs, but you can do whatever you want to do!

After the chicken has cooked through, you're going to pour the leftover sauce into another pan, add cornstarch to make it thicker and then you can pour the sauce over your chicken. My tip is to be very careful with how much cornstarch you put in, because if you put too much you can taste the texture of it and that is not what you want! So use is sparingly.

We served this with a side of mashed potatoes and salad! It was so delicious and super easy! My family and I all said that this was the moistest chicken we have ever had - it truly was incredible.

Let me know if you guys try this by tweeting me @FashionandM321
